Paulus Wiranata
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wiranata is one of the most senior bankers in Indonesia with 25 years experience in the industry. He graduated from University of Indonesia in Economics and Accounting. In 2007, he was identified as the leading banking CEO by the Indonesian banking press.
Formerly the CEO of Bank BTPN (Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional), his experience ranges from commercial banking to SME finance and microbanking. He is highly respected for his success in improving Bank BTPN and taking the bank public during his tenure.
Prior to working with Bank BTPN, he was the Indonesia Country Manager for the Bank of New York, Vice President of Consulting Fund Asia and a Director with Bank Niaga in Jakarta and Hong Kong.

Irianto Kusumadjaja
Chief Information & Operations Officer
Mr. Kusumadjaja has over 20 years experience in the field of banking and IT, most recently serving as the President Director of Misys International Financial Systems, one of the leading core banking solution providers in Indonesia.
He served as Vice President for IT at Indonesia’s PT Industrial Bank of Japan, as well as the Mizuho Corporate Bank in Hong Kong. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the Institute of Information and Technology in Jakarta.

Irene Hamidjaja
Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Hamidjaja has over 20 years experience in banking and finance, most recently as Director of Commonwealth Bank of Australia Indonesia with responsibilities including compliance, risk management and human resources.
Previously, she was the Compliance Director of Citibank, N.A. Indonesia where she utilized her expertise in banking operations, accounting and compliance. She holds Bachelor Degree in Accounting from The University of New Orleans, USA.

Don Johnston
Business Development Advisor
Mr. Johnson has over 19 years experience in banking, small and medium enterprises (SME) and microfinance. He served as the Harvard resident advisor to Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) for 13 years, taking an active role in building the Unit Desa system. Since leaving BRI, he has worked in institutional policy support in micro, SME and village banking.
He also advised a range of multi-lateral institutions and commercial banks on micro and SME finance product and program development. He has significant experience in business analysis and development, product design and implementation, operations, supervision and support, surveys and statistics and computerization and management information systems.
Mr. Johnson also teaches at Harvard University’s Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED) Executive Education program.
