Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in Banking operations
- Excellent knowledge of Process Re-engineering/ Process mapping
- Design, develop for improvement and document Bank’s operational activities
- Understand how to mitigate risk in all banking operations
- Have good communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Manage implementation of new operational processes to achieve quality service to both external and internal customers at optimum cost-effectiveness
General Requirements :
- Possess minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
- Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization
- Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be assigned in Bali Area (1 & 2)
