Requirements
- Having min 5 years experience in microfinance and SME
- Used to work with financial target as a Key Performance Indicator : Loan Portfolio, Fee Base Income, Loan Quality, New Loan Customer and Audit Rating
- Strong financial analysis knowledge in interpreting all forms of financial data
- Strong credit risk assessment skill
- Willing to work under pressure
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia
General Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
- Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization.
- Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
