On Thursday (19/4), Bank Andara held a training program for members of the Bank Andara APEX Program (ABB) Bali. Located in Denpasar, Marketing & Public Relations training was attended by 27 participants BPR. This event is one form of cooperation between the Bank Andara and MFI. Beside to expanding the business network, Bank Andara has a purpose to strengthen the Bank Andara character as a wholesale bank that holds a commitment to the development of MFIs as business partners.
The event was held in the morning and going very well with the enthusiasm of the participants. Starting with an opening speech by Mr. Don Johston, Director of Business Bank Andara and followed by remarks from Mr. Panji Astika, Denpasar Perbarindo Board. After the opening speeches and presentations, training was to begin. The trainer is Rurin Bimala from Hamarta & Partners who deliver a variety of company’s image techniques over the company's promotional activities targeted and effectively. Including the promotion and advertising strategies effectively, how to manage the company's image, influence the market as well as various forms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Most of the participants said the training that was held by the Bank Andara is very useful for their business development. One of them is I Wayan Sutarsa Karang, Managing Director of BPR Urip Kalantas. "Programs like this are very useful because of the material presented also according to the imaging needs of BPR. In addition, this material is new for us and can be applied to BPR, "he said.
Similar expressions are also slid from Erynayati Luh, SQ Manager BPR Sriartha Lestari, "we hope the participants in the future will increase as many colleagues who have not been touched for BPR training like this. We also hope that the training was held on an ongoing basis in order to improve the performance of the company, because this training is very useful for BPR, "she explained.
