Bank Andara continued the Financial Literacy program to give better awareness and education of financial services to the public. On Monday, September 21, 2015, Bank Andara Denpasar Branch collaborated with 4 Rural Banks (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat/BPR) and Perbarindo DPK East Bali to held financial literacy in Karangasem, Bali. Those 4 BPRs are: BPR Sandi Raya Utama, BPR Nusamba Manggis, BPR Mitra Bali Artha Mandiri, dan BPR Danamaster Dewata.

With 75 participants of students and lecturers/staffs from Mediterranean Bali Campus, literacy was carried out by explaining (and Q&A) the financial industry, especially banking and its products.

This enrichment to students and educators is expected to increase awareness and understanding of the financial services’ benefits and financial management, as well as in having better access to financial services through commercial banks or BPR.
