Saneo Village, is one of the many villages in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara (Nusa Tenggara Barat / NTB) where the people are now increasingly prosperous, thanks to the corn crop. The increased life of the Dompu people occurred after the regional government had pushed to promote the development and cultivation of corn commodity which done with mass corn cultivation movement system, including optimizing the unused land.
The economic welfare increment of the Dompu corn farmer community in line with the rise in income per capita per year 2014. Many Saneo Village residents who have benefited from corn yields, among others, better ability to build or renovate a house, buy a motor vehicle, and pay school fees.

As part of Bank Andara’s vision and mission to provide access to wide-ranging financial services, Bank Andara also supported the corn crop financing program in Dompu and Bima, NTB. Cooperated with Mercy Corps and Syngenta through partnerships with BPR, this program is expected to benefit the corn crop development and financial literacy education to farmers.
Bank Andara optimistic for the success of this financing program, so subsequently the Bank can continue to support the other programs of the NTB Government especially the development promotion of cattle and seaweed.
