On November 18, 2016, Bank Andara and APRO Financial Co. Ltd. signed a deed of acquisition that mark has been effective acquisition by APRO Financial Co. Ltd. Transaction acquisition of Bank Andara is done through the purchase of new shares of Bank Andara by 40% (forty percent) with a purchase value Rp450miliar. APRO Financial Co. Ltd is the major financial institutions from South Korea, for the first time to invest in Indonesia. With the inclusion of APRO Financial Co. Ltd at Bank Andara showed high interest of investors to invest in Bank Andara.

Thus, Bank Andara has been supported by a variety of investors from different countries. Currently the shareholders of Bank Andara is APRO Financial Co.Ltd 40.00%, Mercy Corps amounted to 13.20%, IFC amounted to 12.88%, Stichting Hivos Triodos Fund amounted to 9.30%, KfW amounted to 9.48%, DWM amounted to 11.94%, and I Wayan Gatha amounted to 3.19%. With the financial support and commitment from shareholders, Bank Andara will strengthen its position and expand its business in the coming year.
