In accordance with its vision and mission of helping people gain access to the financial services and products, Bank Andara provides technology-based service that aims to support the MFIs in providing services that have added values to its customers. The latest products from Bank Andara namely AndaraLink is expected in helping MFIs improve their capacity and performance. In connection with this matter, on March 29, 2011, Bank Andara conducts training to MFIs Frontliners about AndaraLink. The total of attendees was 58 persons from 30 MFI AndaraLink Bali. The training was held at big meeting room Bank Andara Office in Bali, from 09.00 am - 14.00 pm.
The material presented on the training are motivational training, updated information on AndaraLink, Training using AndaraLink, sharing session and reward program socialization. On the motivational training, MFIs Frontliners were given articles that aim to build their enthusiasm in work. They also provided the latest information about AndaraLink and training how the operation of AndaraLink. In addition, there are sharing session that aims to identify any constraints in the use or operation of AndaraLink and also the suggestions for AndaraLink in the future. Last but not least, the socialization rewards program that aims to increase the spirit of the operator AndaraLink with given rewards vouchers for them. The materials presented are intended to enhance the ability of MFIs Frontliners in using AndaraLink.
