On 17 December, Bank Andara conducted an outbound and training for Bank Andara Jumbo Deposit Bundling Program  at  Bedugul, Bali. This program is a form of appreciation from Bank Andara to MFIs who have entrusted Bank Andara as a partner placement of deposits. With the theme “You Are The Best”, this event attended by 30 MFIs which consists of 24 BPR/rural banks (29 participants), 5 Cooperative (7 participants) and 1 LPD/Institute of Rural Villages (5 participants).

 Mr. Don Johnston,Director of Business Development Bank Andara, present the opening speech. This one-day event  started with outbound activity which followed by a whole team of participants and staff of Bank Andara busines unit    until lunch time. This outbound activity has objectives to build cooperation within the team (team building) and practice concentration. Then the day continued with training session entitled “How to Influence People” delivered by trainers from Hanamarta namely Mrs. Rurin Bimala H. Mardewita.

The training material was very interesting, including  how to recognize characters of customers, tips on how to face clients in an effective and well targeted way,  marketing with ethic, self motivationand how to open a network of well prospect customer effectively by relying on a community approach. The way the training presented  was  attractive and communicative, so it encourage  participants to participate actively during the whole session. Additional  point is  the training material which closely related and fulfill  the needs of  MFIs business team daily duties..

At the end of the training session, participants received a surprise gift of one BlackBerry Gemini for one participant who earned The Best One,  with criterias such as actively involvedfrom the beginning until the end of outbound session, has a  strong leadership, strategic thinking  and give great contribution  to the team    to accomplish an accumulate victories, the winner is  Mr. Dewa Alit Tanggan,also selected a group of participant as The Best Team. In addition of various prizes, each participant also received a certificate from the training. Here  are some of  enthusiasm and positive feedback from several participants.
