Bank Andara opens new branch office in Jakarta (Trihamas Building, Ground Floor, Jl. TB Simatupang Kav. 11, South Jakarta) on 9 June 2014, which is one of the efforts of Bank Andara in providing the best service and a wider range to prospective customers and public in the Greater Jakarta area. Currently the other Branches of Bank Andara are in Denpasar, Semarang, and Surabaya.

Irianto Kusumadjaja, Director of Bank Andara marks the ceremony with a ribbon cutting and witnessed by the Board of Commissioners of Bank Andara, invitees and customers of Bank Andara. In his speech, Irianto Kusumadjaja said that the presence of the Jakarta branch office as a commitment of Bank Andara in reaching and serving the public with faster and better, as well as part of a strategy to increase the market penetration of Bank Andara. The existence of this new branch will attract the interest and confidence of both customers and prospective customers and may always be a reliable business partner, especially for rural banks, cooperatives and other MFIs, especially in the Greater Jakarta area and generally in West Java, Sumatera and parts of Kalimantan. This is in line with the vision and mission of Bank Andara as a catalyst to achieve a wider reach to millions of Indonesian people who less or do not have access to the financial sector by providing innovative financial products and services to and through microfinance institutions.
